SHIPPING

Our Standard shipping is shipped USPS duties paid and tariff free

DHL and UPS shipping may incur duties or processing fees.  Our products are made in Canada and therefore should not be charged any tariff.

We ship once a week, usually on Monday or Tuesday.  Orders are normally shipped within one week of the order date.

Due to the shipping service we use for our standard shipping, please allow 3-4 business days for your package to show up on tracking.  The packages are mailed from our location to a central shipping service where they are then entered into the tracking system.

If the item is shipped with tracking, once it is marked by the carrier as delivered we must consider it to be in the customer's possession.

If the item is lost while under tracking we must wait for the carrier to declare the item lost before any action can be taken. Items lost in shipping will be replaced or refunded at FocusWorks discretion.
