I received a shipping notification but there hasn't been any movement in tracking. Does this mean my order is lost or hasn't been shipped yet?

Due to the shipping service we use, please allow 3-6 business days for your package to show up on tracking. The packages are mailed from our location to a central shipping service where they are then entered into the tracking system. ​

 

When will my order be shipped?

We ship once a week, usually on Monday or Tuesday.  Orders are normally shipped within one week of the order date.

 

I'm Canadian. Can I pay with Canadian dollars?

Absolutely!  Just send an e-mail from our contact page, give us a call, fire off a text or find Jordy on social media.  Jordy will get you set up to pay via e-transfer.
