What emitter (LED) should you get?

Naturally that's totally up to your preference but how to make the choice?

Start this way. Ignore the brand and the numbers and letters behind it and focus on the 5000k and 4000k. That's the color of the light. But how do you compare that to something you know?

It's easy. Think about an old incandescent light (most light bulb's these days try to mimic that color). Remember what color they are? Kind of a yellowy white? That yellowy white color is roughly 3500k. the lower the number the yellower the light the higher the color the bluer the light..

4000k is just a littler bit bluer than the old incandescent. It's soft and easy on the eyes but appears a little dimmer than the 5000k option.

5000k is more intense. More towards blue it eliminates any yellow and appears to be white light. It looks brighter and light's up an area better than 4000k (in my opinion)

I always recommend going with 5000k when I'm asked. I prefer its brightness and lack of yellow in the beam.

Flashlights come with an unconditional 15 day money back guarantee. If you are unhappy in any way, contact us to arrange for a return. We will refund your entire purchase price (shipping costs are not refunded). Refunds will be made once the returned product is received.

Flashlights come with a lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship (Does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear).

Electronic components have a 5 year warranty.

Damage caused by misuse or disassembly of the flashlight voids the warranty.

If you cause damage that voids the warranty we do offer repair services at the cost of component parts plus shipping.

Warranty on flashlights is transferable.

Other EDC Products:

Products will be delivered free from manufacturing defects.

Spinners and Tops are not warrantied against wobble.

If there is a problem with your product we may or may not have you return the defective product. If a return is required, the product must arrive at our location before we can repair or replace it.

Returns may be made within 15 days of receipt and the product is in original condition. Contact us to arrange for a return. Refunds will be made once the returned product is received. The customer must pay return shipping.

All sales of 'exotic material' (damascus, timascus, etc.) products are final.

SHIPPING

We ship once a week, usually on Monday or Tuesday. Orders are normally shipped within one week of the order date.

Due to the shipping service we use, please allow 3-4 business days for your package to show up on tracking. The packages are mailed from our location to a central shipping service where they are then entered into the tracking system.

If the item is shipped with tracking, once it is marked by the carrier as delivered we must consider it to be in the customer's possession.

If the item is lost while under tracking we must wait for the carrier to declare the item lost before any action can be taken.

Item’s shipped without tracking are shipped at the customers risk and will not be refunded or replaced if lost in transit. Items lost in shipping will be replaced or refunded at FocusWorks discretion.
